A haunting meditation on obsession and fantasy, BLUE FOR YOU follows Consuelo, a legendary actress who shares a tender, poetic love with Carzio, a man who seems to live within her world. But as a shadowy presence begins to stalk her, the illusion fractures. What first felt like a romantic dream spirals into a psychological thriller, revealing that Consuelo was never his. A story where the line between love and delusion dissolves, we are left questioning the price of idolization and what happens when fantasy turns invasive.
About the Director
Sebastián Ortiz Wilkins is a Mexican director and screenwriter from Guadalajara, now based between Mexico City and Guadalajara. Trained at Vancouver Film School and BCIT, he has worked as a Script Supervisor on numerous features while directing award winning shorts focused on cross-cultural stories. His work has screened internationally, and he is developing his debut feature with Moon7 and Oscar-nominated producer Lesley Paterson.
