SAY SOMETHING is a dance concept video exploring the complex emotions of disappointment, sadness, regret, and humility within relationships. Through movement and raw vulnerability, the piece delves into the shared journey of growing up together—navigating life’s ups and downs, evolving through different stages, and wrestling with the struggles of connection and communication. Through its heartfelt choreography and powerful performances, the film captures the essence of human connection—the fractures, the reconciliations, and the enduring effort to be there for one another, even when it’s difficult to find the right words.

About the Directors

Lonnie Iske and Nathan Talan are a dynamic directing duo. Their latest project, SAY SOMETHING, marks their second dance video collaboration, following the success of their debut, THE CHAIN, which was showcased in select art house theaters across the country. In addition to their work in dance films, Lonnie and Nate are currently collaborating on a deeply personal documentary that delves into Lonnie’s upbringing, with an aim to finish post-production this year.
