About the Director
H. Nelson Tracey is filmmaker based in Los Angeles. In 2024 his debut feature, BREAKUP SEASON, screened at 39 festivals nationwide and received a distribution with Buffalo 8 and a limited theatrical run in December 2024. The film is now available to stream on Amazon and Tubi. Tracey befriended musician Rae Isla after choosing her music for the BREAKUP SEASON trailer, and their collaboration on WHAT IF I DIE FLYING OVER OKLAHOMA? marks his first time directing a music video.
