Winter Film Festival returns for its 14th Year Celebrating Indie Film!

WFF 2026 Begins in …

WINTER FILM FESTIVAL is New York City, and like our beloved City, we showcase the eclectic diversity and excitement of the independent arts world.  The annual fest returns for an exciting 14th year, jam-packed with five days of outstanding films and director Q&A, panels and education sessions, glittering parties and tons of networking opportunities.

The festival highlights the work of emerging and under-represented filmmakers and will showcase 80+ films from around the world – animation, dramas, documentaries, comedies, romances, horror and music videos.

In a city overflowing with film fests, Winter Film Festival stands out for its authenticity and dedication to bold, independent cinema. Winter Film Festival believes that only by seeing others’ stories can we understand each other and only via an open door can the emerging  artist enter the room.
