Winter Film Festival understands that students or filmmakers from certain countries may be in need of a waiver of submission fees. Please note, however, that your submission fees cover the costs of judging and managing submissions and we are not in a position to easily waive these fees.
Please provide the following information about your film for consideration. Festival management team will consider your request based upon our available number of waivers, whether your film seems like it will suit our program and demographics. We will contact you via email by end of October 2025 if we are able to grant your waiver request.
